Service Refund Policy
Monthly Retainer Fees
Monthly retainer fees cover the labor, strategy, platform management, and operational costs associated with maintaining the client's automated email marketing and CRM campaigns.
Because our service delivery is continuous and labor-based, monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the current service period has commenced.
Clients are invoiced in advance for the upcoming month of service, and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
If a client terminates services mid-month, the retainer paid for the remainder of that month will not be refunded.
This policy reflects the allocated resources and time commitment made by DealerConnect at the beginning of each billing period for campaign management and monitoring.
We advise all clients to clearly understand the minimum commitment period outlined in their bespoke Service Agreement before service initiation.
Setup and Project Fees
Initial setup fees cover non-recurring project work, such as CRM integration, data cleansing, automation build-out, and custom template design.
These fees are considered payment for work performed and intellectual property delivered, and are strictly non-refundable once the work has begun.
In the unlikely event that DealerConnect is unable to complete a contracted setup or deliver a specific project element due to technical incompatibility on our side, a partial refund may be issued, proportionate to the undelivered work.
No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction with performance results alone, given the non-guarantee nature of marketing and the factors outside our control.
All requests for refunds or billing adjustments must be made formally to the accounting department via email and will be reviewed promptly.
We encourage open communication regarding any service issues to ensure mutual satisfaction before considering cancellation or refund requests.
This policy is upheld to maintain the quality and focus of our specialized automotive retention services.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
